Interesting and nice plot. The correlation probably described but the Henry’s law. As the ocean warms, Henry’s law implies a tendency toward outgassing or reduced uptake of CO₂, whereas cooling enhances uptake. Ocean warming reduces the solubility of CO₂ in seawater, so warmer oceans hold less CO₂ at a given atmospheric partial pressure, while colder oceans hold more.

It would be good to include the emissions as they show absolutel ZERO correlation with either curve. They do show that temperature change precedes CO2 - fancy that
